- Replacement cost coverage on your building(s). Replacement cost coverage offers you replacement at today's prices. There is no depreciation.

This may include errors that are made by you or your staff, bodily injury to others, tenants (damage you do to a place you rent) and employers’ liability, just to name a few. - Liability for non-owned autos is covered. This covers you if one of your employees takes their own vehicle and uses it to do company business or even run an errand for you. In the event of a loss, the employer, you, is usually named as a defendant along with the driver.
- Deductibles (the portion of the loss that you pay) are variable. The higher the deductible the lower the premium.
- Losses due to crime are included - including employee dishonesty, forgery and counterfeit currency.
- Some of the little extras include: coverage for exhibits at trade shows or fairs; glass coverage; fire department charges; sign coverage; plants, flowers and trees; sewer back-up; parcel post and valuable papers.
